Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using FreeAppDrop, you agree to these terms. If you're using FreeAppDrop on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that company to them.
Using FreeAppDrop
FreeAppDrop lists apps and promotional codes submitted by independent developers. We help you discover offers and claim codes; we don't publish the apps themselves and aren't responsible for their functionality — that's between you and the developer, and ultimately governed by the App Store's own terms. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login access secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Claiming codes
Codes are limited and claimed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you claim a code it's yours — we can't issue a replacement if you lose it, but you can always view it again from your account's claim history. One claim per promotion per account unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. We don't guarantee any particular offer will remain available, and developers may end a promotion early.
Account standing
Don't attempt to claim the same offer through multiple accounts, resell claimed codes, scrape the site, interfere with its operation, or automate claiming. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform, at our discretion, with or without notice depending on severity.
Developer submissions
Developers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for having the right to distribute any codes they upload. See our separate Developer Terms for the full submission and moderation policy.
Intellectual property
FreeAppDrop's branding, design, and code are ours. App names, icons, and screenshots belong to their respective developers and are shown with their permission as part of listing an app on the platform.
No warranty
FreeAppDrop is provided "as is." We don't warrant that listed apps or codes will meet your expectations, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FreeAppDrop isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, or for the conduct of third-party developers or apps listed on it. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Termination
You can stop using FreeAppDrop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violating these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (like limitation of liability) will.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
